So, yeah, I decided to start a blog. Some may think it’s silly, or it will only last a little while, or “don’t you have a face-book?”. Yes, I do have a facebook, but this blog will allow me a little more freedom in publishing what is going on in my mind and my days. Obviously, if my circle of friends and family were within a hundred mile radius, a blog might be a little silly, but my friends (from PNG) are all over the world and my family is 10,000 miles away.
Therefore, what’s my blog’s purpose? – it is to inform friends what is happening in my life, and spur conversation on in regards to Islam, Christianity, and Music. In my opinion, the status of Islam and Western Christianity are the two most important things we in the West need to be well versed in. I have added music to the discussion, only because it is a huge part of my life.
I know that it will take a couple weeks before my blog actually looks like it has some substance to it, but hang with me and I think it will be fun.
